Hiking Affirmations
A slightly strenuous (there are 3 flights of stairs YES YOU CAN DO TO IT) hike up to the waterfall with a focus on speaking healing affirmations over yourself

Spiritual Shower Ceremony
Wash away negative energy/ patterns and cleanse your aura using the water element from a natural waterfall and the power of an herbal cleansing body wash. During the ceremony you will call in the support of your benevolent ancestors and wash away all that is holding you down. Ceremony includes a sacred meditation and intentional breath work practice.

Feel free to swim in the fresh water. Ground yourself further on the rocks. Or walk with us back down the trail to our cars.
